Endrick is uncertain about his future at Real Madrid once his loan with Lyon concludes.
The Brazilian teenager, contracted to the Spanish club until June 2030, moved to Lyon on a six-month loan deal in December.
When asked by Canal Plus Foot if an extended loan could be possible should Lyon qualify for the Champions League, the 19-year-old responded: “I really don’t know. If I have to return to Real Madrid, I’ll do so happily. If I need to go elsewhere, then I will.”
During his time at Lyon, Endrick has been notable, scoring seven goals and providing seven assists in 17 matches.
“I genuinely hope we can secure qualification for the Champions League—it’s where Lyon belongs,” he expressed.

After making 37 appearances for Los Blancos during the 2024-25 season, Endrick played only three times for Madrid this season, prompting his loan move for consistent playing time.
This year, Endrick’s agent, Tiago Freitas, dismissed the likelihood of his client remaining at Lyon beyond this summer, stating that “a decision has already been made” for the Brazilian international to return to Real Madrid.
Lyon is currently on a three-game winning streak, holding the third position in Ligue 1, securing the last qualifying spot for the Champions League.
