ZURICH, Switzerland — The World Cup now officially has its anthem. Shakira and Nigerian artist Burna Boy have teamed up to release “Dai Dai,” as announced by FIFA on Friday.

FIFA described “Dai Dai” as a vibrant celebration of football, culture, and unity, showcasing the energetic sounds of both Shakira and Burna Boy.

Earlier in May, Shakira hinted at the release by sharing a teaser clip on social media, stating, “From Maracaná Stadium, here is ‘Dai Dai,’ the FIFA World Cup Official Song 2026.”
