Tottenham have announced the arrival of Netherlands international midfielder Victoria Pelova after her departure from Arsenal.
The 27-year-old joins on a free transfer following three seasons with Spurs’ Women’s Super League rivals.
Pelova was part of the Arsenal squad that lifted the Women’s Champions League in 2025 and also won two League Cups and the Champions Cup with the Gunners.
Having recovered from an ACL injury last year, she went on to make 30 appearances across all competitions in her final campaign at Arsenal.
On the international stage, she has 71 caps for the Netherlands and has featured at each of the last four major tournaments.
“It’s great to be here; everyone has given me such a warm welcome. After speaking with [manager] Martin Ho, it instantly felt right to choose Spurs,” Pelova said.
“I’m excited for the season and delighted to be here.”
