Cameron Elliott hit a hat-trick as League 1 newcomers East Kilbride beat fourth-tier Dumbarton in an eight-goal contest at K-Park.
Leighton McIntosh put the visitors ahead, but Elliott levelled inside 30 minutes, added a second eight minutes later, and completed his treble before half-time.
Dumbarton pulled one back through Scott Honeyman with 20 minutes to play and equalised in the 81st when McIntosh netted his second, but late strikes from Darragh O’Connor and Craig McGuffie secured East Kilbride’s win.
