Liverpool midfielder Sofie Lundgaard has joined Eintracht Frankfurt on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old signed for Liverpool in January 2023 and made 42 appearances during an injury-disrupted spell.
Lundgaard suffered an ACL tear and a fractured ankle over her three-and-a-half years with the club, limiting her minutes in recent seasons.
She moves to Frauen-Bundesliga side Frankfurt, having previously played for Danish club Fortuna Hjorring.
In the Women’s Super League, Birmingham City have reportedly had a bid rejected by Sevilla for Gambia winger Fatou Kanteh.
Sources say the Blues offered around €100,000 (£85,000), but Sevilla value her more highly and do not wish to sell.
Birmingham are not expected to return with another offer for the 29-year-old, who has spent her entire career in Liga F.
Kanteh has scored 12 goals in 63 games for Sevilla after earlier spells with Villarreal, Huelva and Logrono.
