Leyton Orient slam badge…

Leyton Orient have criticised Wrexham — and co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney — for introducing a kit badge they say closely resembles Orient’s.

Wrexham revealed a cream third kit on Wednesday, showcasing photos of Reynolds and McElhenney modelling it on the club’s website.

The biggest talking point was a revamped crest that moves away from Wrexham’s traditional emblem of inward-facing red dragons, a golden football, the Prince of Wales feathers with a coronet and motto, and the Welsh colours.

In its place is a design featuring two wyverns or dragons facing each other over a football — a look strikingly similar to Orient’s badge.
