Dele Alli has made his return to Tottenham’s training facilities, marking a comeback four years after leaving the Premier League club.
The attacking midfielder, who is currently a free agent, has faced fitness challenges in recent seasons but has been permitted to train individually at Hotspur Way.
Alli has been without a club since September, when he mutually parted ways with Como after terminating his contract.
His time at Como saw him make only one appearance, coming off the bench against AC Milan in March 2025, before being sent off shortly after entering the match. Since that incident, he has not played professionally.
After transferring from Milton Keynes Dons in 2015, the 29-year-old spent seven years at Tottenham, netting 67 goals across all competitions and playing in the 2019 Champions League final.
He was called up to the England national team just eight months after joining Spurs and started in Gareth Southgate’s squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Alli later joined Everton in 2022 and also had a loan spell at Turkish club Besiktas before signing with Como at the beginning of 2025.
