Interest Grows in Endrick…

Multiple European clubs, including Marseille, are closely monitoring Endrick‘s situation at Real Madrid and may submit offers in January, according to sources from ESPN.

At just 19 years old, Endrick has not yet made an appearance in La Liga this season, having suffered a hamstring injury in May that sidelined him from the Club World Cup, followed by another injury in July.

The Brazil international netted seven goals across all competitions during the 2024-25 season, his debut year at Madrid, and chose to remain with the club over the summer despite strong competition for playing time from breakout star Gonzalo García.

Sources indicate that clubs are keenly observing Endrick’s status under coach Xabi Alonso, with expectations of offers arriving for the player in January.

However, sources reveal that Endrick and his representatives are not inclined to leave just yet. They prefer to wait and evaluate his role in the Madrid squad as he regains fitness post-international break, with the player optimistic about getting involved soon.

Endrick is the only outfield player who has yet to play since Alonso took over in the summer. His last appearance was under former coach Carlo Ancelotti during a 2-0 victory against Sevilla on May 18.

Under Ancelotti, Endrick’s playing time was limited as well, with just 354 minutes in La Liga and 134 minutes in the Champions League. Nonetheless, he managed to score seven goals, five of which were in the Copa del Rey.

Real Madrid faces a challenging fixture schedule in the coming weeks, starting with a match against Getafe on Saturday, followed by a clash with Juventus next Wednesday, and then El Clásico against Barcelona on Sunday, Oct. 26. Matches against Liverpool and Manchester City in the Champions League are also on the horizon before Christmas.

Meanwhile, Madrid’s primary striker, Kylian Mbappé, has already netted 14 goals in all competitions this season, while his backup, García, has participated in six games without finding the net.

“[Endrick] has been training well for three weeks now,” coach Alonso stated earlier this month. “He scores goals and doesn’t require many chances to strike. He’s a fantastic finisher. Although there’s strong competition in his position, his opportunity will come.”
