Man Citys Khiara Keating…

She received a call-up to the England squad for June’s pivotal Women’s World Cup qualifiers against Spain and Ukraine, but a concussion kept her out.

She was part of the victorious Euro 2025 group and made her senior England debut at the Etihad Stadium in October during a friendly loss to Brazil.

However, Keating fell out of Sarina Wiegman’s squad at the start of 2026 and will be eager to win back her place before next year’s Women’s World Cup.

Liverpool are among the WSL clubs interested, with the club seeking a goalkeeper after Jennifer Falk’s successful loan ended in May and a permanent move failed to materialise.

Liverpool boss Gareth Taylor worked with Keating during his spell at City, handing her a WSL debut and overseeing her breakout season in 2023-24.

He remains a fan, though the goalkeeper has several offers to consider.

Keating has established herself as one of the country’s most promising young goalkeepers, standing out in numerous high-profile matches for City.

At 19, during the 2023-24 campaign, she became the youngest goalkeeper to claim the WSL Golden Glove, recording nine clean sheets.
