Inter Miami has finalized the permanent transfer of Tadeo Allende, acquiring the attacking midfielder from LaLiga‘s Celta Vigo for the remainder of the 2030 MLS season, with an option to extend his contract until June 2031.
Allende will take up an international roster spot.
The 26-year-old Argentine previously joined Inter Miami on loan for the 2025 season, where he netted 24 goals in 54 matches across all competitions. He finished the season as the team’s second-leading scorer, also contributing three assists.
During the league playoffs, Allende scored nine goals, helping Inter Miami secure the 2025 MLS Cup with a 3-1 victory against the Vancouver Whitecaps.
This move marks the latest addition to Inter Miami’s roster, which has also seen the signing of goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair and defenders Facundo Mura, Sergio Reguilón, and Micael.
Furthermore, sources have indicated that Inter Miami is interested in acquiring Germán Berterame from Liga MX team Monterrey. Co-owner Jorge Mas confirmed that the team has made an offer for the forward, who represents the Mexico national team, but discussions are still ongoing.
Inter Miami will kick off the 2026 season against LAFC on February 21.
