Rangers midfielder Thelo Aasgaard has joined Anderlecht on a £1m season-long loan, while the Scottish Premiership side have turned down a loan offer from Besiktas for Belgium international Nicolas Raskin.
Aasgaard, who has scored once in five appearances this season, will spend the rest of the campaign in Belgium, with Anderlecht holding a £5m option to buy next summer.
The 24-year-old arrived from Luton in 2025 and is under contract at Ibrox until 2029.
Raskin, regularly linked with a move after impressing at the World Cup, saw Besiktas’ loan bid rejected.
The 25-year-old returned to the Ibrox midfield in Wednesday’s win at Falkirk, taking the captain’s armband in the closing stages.
