Ronaldo Scores Milestone…

Cristiano Ronaldo achieved a significant milestone by scoring his 950th career goal, leading Al Nassr to a 2-0 win against Al Hazm in the Saudi Pro League.

This victory marks the continued perfect start for Al Nassr in their season.

João Félix kicked off the scoring in the 25th minute with a well-timed header, contributing to his emerging form. Ronaldo capped the match with a close-range goal just two minutes before the final whistle.

This goal was Ronaldo’s sixth in the league this season, marking his fourth consecutive match with a goal.

Although Ronaldo has yet to secure a league title in Saudi Arabia since his arrival in 2023, Al Nassr currently holds a three-point lead over Al Taawoun as they vie for the championship.

The Portugal international is aiming for the ambitious target of 1,000 career goals. Earlier this month, he stated that he won’t retire until he feels completely satisfied.

“My family often says: ‘It’s time for you to stop. You’ve accomplished everything. Why pursue 1,000 goals?'” Ronaldo shared with Canal 11. “But I don’t see it that way. I believe I’m still performing well, contributing to both my club and the national team, so why not continue?”

“I have no doubt that when I finish, I will feel fulfilled because I gave it my all. I understand I don’t have many years left, but I plan to enjoy the little time I have to the fullest.”
