Inter Milan Defender…

A loan transfer for Tomas Palacios in January is becoming more probable, as he remains on the outskirts of Cristian Chivu’s defensive lineup at Inter Milan.

The Argentine center-back, who is currently recovering from a left thigh injury, has not made an official appearance this season.

Nevertheless, he participated in a mid-season friendly against Atletico Madrid in Benghazi earlier last month.

Journalist Uriel Lugt from Radio La Red reports that via FCInterNews, the young defender has piqued the interest of clubs in Brazil and Mexico.

These leagues are viewed as feasible destinations where he could secure regular playing time.

Palacios spent the second half of last season on loan at Monza, where he made eight appearances in Serie A.

However, he has struggled to find a place in Chivu’s plans in Milan since then.

Inter is anticipated to evaluate offers in the upcoming weeks, with the intention of sending the defender abroad.

This move would aid in his development and help him regain his form during the latter half of the season.
