This season, top-tier German football is airing live on the BBC after the network secured the broadcasting rights for Friday night Bundesliga matches through 2027.
The next match is set for Friday, 28 November, featuring RB Leipzig as they aim to narrow the gap with league leaders Bayern Munich while facing a resurgent Borussia Monchengladbach.

Borussia Monchengladbach is enjoying a strong run, having won their last three matches, which has dramatically improved their season. Previously, they found themselves at the bottom of the table with only three points from their first eight games.
All three of their victories in November have seen them score ten goals while conceding just one. A fourth consecutive win would mark a flawless November for Gladbach, making them the only Bundesliga team to go through the month without dropping points.

RB Leipzig is looking to maintain their best-ever start to a season after 11 matches since joining the Bundesliga, having tallied 25 points from a possible 33. They aim to close the gap with Bayern Munich to just three points with another victory.
The Red Bulls had their finest away performance of the season with a 6-0 victory against Augsburg in week eight, although they have dropped points mainly during away games this season.
In their previous encounters, RB Leipzig has won 10 of the 18 matches against Borussia Monchengladbach. However, Monchengladbach was unbeaten in their last season’s matches, winning at home and drawing away.
