The future of Ayyoub Bouaddi (18) at Lille OSC has been a hot topic of conversation over the past week. The French youth international was rumored to be moving to Paris Saint-Germain, and later to Arsenal and Chelsea, according to RMC Sport.
However, speculation surrounding his departure subsided when he signed a contract extension with Lille, securing his stay at the club until 2029. It is believed that this extension was primarily a strategy to ensure the club does not lose him for a low price, as his previous contract was set to end in 2027.

Bouaddi’s Impressive €50m Valuation
The young midfielder may still be available for a transfer at the end of the season, given the growing interest from Premier League clubs. A transfer fee of approximately €50m has been suggested by RMC Sport.
Bouaddi recently spoke about his future at Lille during an interview with L’Équipe. He stated, “I have extended until 2029, and next year feels far off. My focus is on this season, and we have goals to achieve. As I also mentioned to the president (Olivier Létang), at the end of the season, there will be decisions to make, and anything can happen. We don’t know what the future holds.”
