After the 1-1 draw with Charlton Athletic, Birmingham City manager Chris Davies spoke to BBC Radio WM.
“It’s disappointing for us because we played well in the first half and scored a fantastic goal from a set piece. We created several opportunities, even hitting the post, and I thought we could continue that momentum. However, without a second goal, the match always remains open.”

“We may have shifted to a more defensive mindset a bit too soon. They had a brief offensive phase that you can expect in games—they had one shot on target, and unfortunately, it found the net.”
