After 18 months at the helm, Enzo Maresca has parted ways with Chelsea FC due to growing tensions between the coaching staff and club management.
The relationship deteriorated further following a series of inconsistent performances, culminating in a confrontation after Maresca discussed his potential interest in succeeding Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.

With Guardiola rumored to be leaving the Premier League club next summer, Maresca has emerged as a likely candidate for the role.

Currently, a return to Serie A for Maresca seems unlikely, as Manchester City appears poised to intensify their efforts to secure the former Guardiola assistant.
Maresca’s Future Away from Italy
Although he had a varied playing career with clubs such as Juventus, Fiorentina, Sampdoria, and Palermo, Maresca has spent little time in Italy since his retirement.
