Atalanta’s head coach, Raffaele Palladino, has expressed enthusiasm for the arrival of Giacomo Raspadori, stating, “He’s a strong player who has enhanced our attacking lineup.”
It is anticipated that Atalanta will officially announce Raspadori’s permanent transfer from Atletico Madrid later today.

The former Napoli forward returned to Italy this week to complete medical tests.

“He has certainly elevated Atalanta’s attacking capabilities. It’s great that we could bring such an ambitious player to Bergamo. Our attacking lineup is now really robust,” Palladino commented at a press conference on Thursday, as reported by TMW.

“With Raspadori on board, Atalanta has numerous options. Players like Samardzic, De Ketelaere, Maldini, Lookman, and Krstovic are performing excellently. They understand the need to push in training, and I’m very pleased with their progress. I have a team prepared for any challenge, where every player is ready to seize opportunities.”

Atalanta has secured four victories in their last five Serie A matches and will face struggling Pisa tomorrow.

“Our goal must be to accumulate as many points as possible. We’ve made great strides, and our players deserve recognition for their efforts,” Palladino stated.
“We haven’t accomplished everything yet, and we aim to surpass the 28 points we earned in the first round. I will emphasize the need for consistency since this is a strong phase for us, and we must capitalize on it.”
