Despite interest from several prominent European clubs, Inter successfully secured the young defender’s signature.

Jakirovic adds to a growing connection between Inter and Dinamo Zagreb, following Petar Sucic’s move to the Nerazzurri last summer.

It is important to note that Juventus made a late effort to snatch Jakirovic away from Inter, but their attempts were unsuccessful.

Recognized as one of Croatia’s most promising talents, Leon Jakirovic is set to continue his football journey in Italy.

While official confirmation is pending, reports suggest that Inter paid approximately €2.5 million for his transfer.

However, Jakirovic will not be joining the first team right away; he is expected to spend the remainder of the season with the youth squad to gain experience and adapt to Italian football.
