We polled fans on what moves need to be made before the transfer window closes at 19:00 GMT on Monday.

Here’s what some supporters had to say:

Simon: We definitely need to cover two key areas in this transfer window: a striker to support Solanke and a goalkeeper capable of handling set pieces. I’d suggest Ivan Toney and Robin Roefs.

Paul: I would look into whether Marcus Rashford would be open to a permanent deal; we need an experienced striker to pair with Solanke. Also, adding another center-back is essential because Romero can be reckless and is likely to accumulate more suspensions.

Matt: We desperately need a creative midfielder—without Kulu, Madders, and Kudus, our attacking options are limited—and we also need another striker. We should consider Toney on a short-term deal to navigate this challenging phase. The scout work for forwards has been disappointing lately.

Dan: Sterling could be a worthwhile gamble as a free agent; he could easily regain his former brilliance, at least temporarily, while he’s eager to make a statement. That would help us until Deki returns to full fitness.

Anff: We need a skilled midfielder and another striker. If Randall is content to stay, he should be kept for depth as we compete on multiple fronts. A creative playmaker alongside Maddie would provide necessary depth. The defense is solid; even with Van De Ven’s rumored exit, Vuskovic is ready to step in. van De Ven’s posturing seems more about Vuskovic’s ability to compete for a spot rather than anything else. Still, I’d prefer Van De Ven to remain.

Graham: It’s shocking that we haven’t secured a proper striker yet—this is urgent! Richarlison should have been moved on ages ago, and Kolo Muani is just a loan, which isn’t a long-term solution. We need someone like Osimhen.
