Everton Secures Loan Signing of AS Roma Midfielder Zara Kramžar for Season
This evening, WSL Full-Time reported that Everton has finalized a loan deal to bring AS Roma midfielder Zara Kramžar to the club for the rest of the season, according to an official press release from The Toffees.
Additionally, the club holds the option to make the transfer permanent during the summer transfer window.
The 20-year-old talent joined AS Roma from Slovenian club ŽNK Ljubljana in 2022 and has since helped her team secure two Serie A Women Athora league titles as well as the Coppa Italia. Last season, she further enhanced her experience with a loan stint at Como.
Kramžar is also a proud member of the senior Slovenian national team.
Upon completing her loan move to Everton, Kramžar expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I feel so excited. I think we all worked really hard for this. I am happy to be here and begin my journey.”

Kramžar will be eligible for selection once the necessary international clearance is received.
