Beşiktaş has reached an agreement with Olympique de Marseille to acquire defender Michael Amir Murillo (29), according to a report from Foot Mercato.
In the final hours of the January transfer window, Marseille unexpectedly sidelined Murillo, relegating him to the reserves and urging him to seek a new club. Unfortunately, the timing was such that he couldn’t finalize a deal before the window closed at the Vélodrome.

Fortunately for Murillo, the transfer window remains open in Turkey, presenting a chance for him to secure playing time ahead of the FIFA World Cup, where he is set to represent Panama, just as he did in 2018.
As the transfer window in Turkey is set to close this Friday, the Panama international is making his move. Foot Mercato reports that Beşiktaş and OM have agreed on a transfer deal worth €6 million, including bonuses.
