Former Arsenal winger Theo Walcott has emphasized that the Carabao Cup final could be pivotal in determining the Premier League champion.
Mark Chapman, presenter of the Monday Night Club, noted that losing to Manchester City at Wembley on March 22 could amplify the pressure around the Gunners.
Walcott remarked, “That’s the match that will ultimately set the tone for Arsenal’s entire season.”
However, ex-Premier League striker Chris Sutton disagreed, stating, “I don’t believe the League Cup final will impact the Premier League at all. In fact, it could motivate the losing side to push forward even more.”
