The report indicates that Timber is currently dealing with a groin injury sustained during Arsenal’s victory over Southampton. Fortunately, the injury isn’t thought to be serious, and he is optimistic about returning to the pitch without further delays.

Timber has consistently featured in the starting lineup for Arsenal whenever fit, appearing in 37 of the 44 matches played this season. In the seven matches he has missed, four were in domestic cup competitions, and he was only listed as an unused substitute once, in the League Cup third round against Port Vale.

The 24-year-old defender has faced a few injury challenges this season, but none have been overly severe. His current absence marks the longest he’s been sidelined, having missed two games.
