According to a ranking by L’Équipe, Ousmane Dembélé (28) has emerged as the highest-paid player in Ligue 1, earning a reported gross salary of €1.5 million per month. The 2025 Ballon d’Or winner currently plays for Paris Saint-Germain.
Completing the top three are Dembélé’s PSG teammates Marquinhos (31), whose salary is estimated at €1.12 million, and Achraf Hakimi (27) and Lucas Hernandez (30), both earning around €1.1 million each month.

The ranking is heavily influenced by the Parisian club, which boasts 16 players among the top 30 highest earners in the league. The first non-PSG player to make the list is Olympique de Marseille’s Pierre-Emile Højbjerg (30), who ranks 13th with an estimated salary of €500,000.
With eight players featured, Olympique de Marseille is the second-most represented club, followed by AS Monaco (2), Stade Rennais (2), Olympique Lyonnais (1), and OGC Nice (1).
