Bruno Conti’s life has been intricately linked to Roma. After proudly wearing the Giallorossi colors on the field, he dedicated himself to the club in various roles after retiring from football.
The Nettuno native called it quits in 1991 and, by 1994, he was appointed as a youth coach before taking on the role of head of Roma’s youth academy.

In 2005, the former Roma number 7 stepped in as interim head coach of the first team, leading them to the Coppa Italia final and ensuring their qualification for the UEFA Cup.
Following that short tenure, he transitioned to become the youth academy coordinator at the club, a role he has maintained until now.
However, Conti’s journey with Roma is approaching its conclusion.
His contract is set to expire on June 30th, and according to Piero Torri on Radio Manà Manà, he will be bidding farewell to Trigoria for good.
During his tenure, the Giallorossi youth system has generated a total of around €300-400 million in player sales.
While his coaching career has been notable, Conti’s illustrious playing career remains even more celebrated, culminating in a beautiful chapter that is poised for a heartfelt conclusion.
