However, he later rallied the team to achieve three consecutive wins, with each victory coming by a narrow margin of just one goal.

Unfortunately, OM faced a setback just before the international break with a loss to Lille OSC. They then traveled to AS Monaco, where they were defeated 2-1, leaving them level on points with their adversaries. This result saw OM drop to fourth place, with Lille now occupying a podium position.
As a consequence, Beye has recorded three losses in his first seven matches in charge of Les Phoceéns. This marks the worst start for any OM manager since 2005.
