Former RB Leipzig manager Marco Rose is reportedly the front-runner to succeed Andoni Iraola at Bournemouth, as per the Guardian.
The Premier League club is searching for a new manager following Iraola’s departure at the end of his contract this summer.

Iraola joined the club in 2023, first signing a two-year contract before extending it last summer. Under his leadership, Bournemouth achieved a ninth-place finish in the Premier League last season, setting a new club record for points.
Despite the club’s desire to keep the 43-year-old manager, they could not come to an agreement on a new deal.
Rose has emerged as the top candidate for the role, having recently been let go by Leipzig after a series of disappointing results. He is widely regarded as a top-tier coach known for nurturing young talent and employing an aggressive pressing style.

Also on Bournemouth’s list of potential candidates is Kieran McKenna, who is recognized as one of Europe’s most promising young managers. He successfully led Ipswich to promotion to the Premier League, forming a dynamic, high-energy team with a distinct identity.
However, it remains uncertain if McKenna would be willing to leave the Tractor Boys, who are currently second in the Championship table.
