Inter Milan’s manager Cristian Chivu expressed his ambitious goals for the Coppa Italia as the team prepares for a crucial semi-final match against Como.
In an interview with Sport Mediaset, as reported by FCInterNews, the 45-year-old emphasized the significance of tonight’s encounter at San Siro.

After a commanding 3-0 victory over Cagliari in Serie A, Inter is eager to secure their first trip to the Coppa Italia final since 2023.
The Nerazzurri previously shared the points in a lackluster 0-0 draw against Como in the first leg last month.
However, Cristian Chivu has successfully guided his team back on track following that disappointing performance at Sinigaglia Stadium.
Despite the absence of Lautaro Martinez, Chivu’s squad has achieved back-to-back league wins with an aggregate score of 7-3.
Importantly, one of these victories came against Como, where Inter rallied from a two-goal deficit to secure three points.

“It has been one of our objectives,” Chivu stated. “We understand the importance of this match, and we will do everything possible to win. It’s starting from 0-0, and it’s a do-or-die situation with a chance to reach the final.”
