Robert Lewandowski of Barcelona has become a notable target for Serie A clubs, particularly given his status as a free agent when his contract with Barcelona expires. However, securing a deal for him appears to be challenging.

A transfer to Turin seems especially unlikely.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Lewandowski’s agent, Pini Zahavi, was in Italy today to discuss his client’s future.

His relationship with Juventus is strong, and various topics were covered, including Lewandowski’s career ahead. While the Bianconeri hold great admiration for the experienced striker, they did not explore his potential future in depth.

This suggests that their interest in the Polish forward may not be high, particularly given his age and substantial wage expectations.

Zahavi also engaged in discussions with Milan regarding the Barcelona star and will also soon negotiate with the Catalans about a contract renewal.

For Juventus, this decision seems prudent. With Dusan Vlahovic’s contract set to expire this summer, leaving on a free transfer, their focus should ideally shift to finding a striker who is younger, less costly, and offers significant potential.

While Lewandowski’s talent is undeniable, he could be the opposite of what they need.
