Lucas is gearing up to start rehearsals for his upcoming role as Monsieur Thenardier in Les Miserables: The Arena Spectacular. He took a break from his busy schedule to receive the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) award for his contributions to drama.
“I have portrayed this character in various formats before—in the original production, the recent version, in the West End, and the concert performances. Returning to it each time allows me to find new aspects of the character and deliver something fresh,” he noted.

“With every new actor playing Madame Thenardier, the dynamics shift, making it a joy to explore different interactions.”
Among those honored at Tuesday’s ceremony were teenage darts sensation Luke Littler and Cynthia Erivo, star of Wicked.
Recently, sports commentator Clive Tyldesley expressed how genuine William’s passion for Aston Villa is, highlighting that there is “nothing manufactured” about it.

During a Windsor Castle investiture ceremony on Wednesday the 13th, Tyldesley remarked on the royal’s unwavering allegiance to the club, stating it forges “a true connection between the Royal Family and the nation’s sport.”
The distinguished commentator noted, “There’s nothing feigned about his love for his football team. He is not a fan of the most famous club; rather, he is dedicated to a team that has experienced its ups and downs and is on the verge of, hopefully, a significant achievement next week.”
