Juventus Targets Reijnders…

Juventus is in need of creativity in their midfield. If Bernardo Silva does not make the move, reports suggest that they could pursue his Manchester City teammate Tijjani Reijnders or Brahim Diaz.

The Bianconeri have faced challenges in creating scoring opportunities this season, and Luciano Spalletti has openly expressed his dissatisfaction with the current options available.

Initially, Bernardo Silva was the primary target as a potential free agent, but Atletico Madrid has emerged as the frontrunner for his signature, particularly if Juventus fails to secure a Champions League spot.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Old Lady could consider one of his Manchester City teammates, who has prior experience in Serie A.

Reijnders joined AC Milan last summer for €55 million plus bonuses, but after a promising start at the Etihad, he has found it increasingly difficult to secure consistent playing time.

The Dutchman recorded seven goals and eight assists in 46 competitive appearances for Manchester City, with only 29 of those coming as a starter, and he has started just once in the last 13 matches.

It has been suggested that he could be available on a loan deal with an obligation to buy for €40 million, but his €7 million per season salary is also a point of concern.

Another more affordable target is Brahim Diaz, also a former Milan player, although his departure was slightly longer ago.

He played for the Rossoneri from 2020 until 2023 before returning to Real Madrid, and his contract with the club runs until June 2027.
