The Nerazzurri have been monitoring the 25-year-old for some time. Meanwhile, the English midfielder has been hesitant to engage in contract discussions with his lifelong club, as his existing contract expires next summer.
Currently, Inter and Liverpool are in negotiations regarding Jones, but the player’s asking price has not yet been disclosed. The potential exit of Davide Frattesi could accelerate Inter’s pursuit of the England international, who has earned six caps.
