Khalaili to Inter:

Italian media reports suggest that Inter Milan has secured a €25 million deal with Union Saint-Gilloise for Anan Khalaili, which includes performance-related add-ons and a bonus for his previous club, Maccabi Haifa. Khalaili is expected to undergo his medical this weekend.

The Nerazzurri targeted the Israeli international for the right wing following the departure of Denzel Dumfries to Real Madrid, after missing out on their primary choice, Marco Palestra, who joined Chelsea.

Negotiations had their challenges, with two previous offers – €20 million plus add-ons, and then €23 million – being turned down by Union Saint-Gilloise.

According to sources like Sportitalia, Tuttomercatoweb, Sky Sport Italia, and Fabrizio Romano, an agreement has been reached at €25 million plus add-ons to meet the asking price of €30 million.

In particular, the deal includes a 15% cut of any future transfer fee for Maccabi Haifa, the club that sold him to Belgium for €6.5 million in 2024.

Khalaili, who will turn 22 in September, played a pivotal role for USG last season, scoring six goals and providing six assists across 42 competitive matches.

Italian reports indicate that Khalaili is set to travel to Milan for his medical examinations either tomorrow or Saturday.

Earlier this summer, Napoli was close to finalizing a deal for him, but negotiations stalled pending player sales, while Como also expressed interest.
