Calum Ward has expressed that he will always remain a supporter of Motherwell after his departure from Fir Park to sign with Queens Park Rangers for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old shot-stopper made 43 appearances for the Steelmen since joining the club in early 2025.
In his move, he joins QPR as fellow goalkeeper Joe Walsh, aged 24, transfers on loan to Wigan Athletic.
“My time at the club has been quite a journey,” Ward shared with Motherwell media. “Last season, I was given the chance to demonstrate my abilities. Together, as a club, we accomplished a great deal, and I am thrilled to have been a part of it. I will cherish my memories here. I extend my gratitude to all the coaches and teammates for their support.”
“It’s a special club that I will always support.”
