Chelsea is seeking €50 million ($57 million) for Alejandro Garnacho, following the winger’s failure to report for preseason training, according to sources at ESPN.

The 22-year-old joined the Blues from Manchester United last summer but is now looking to leave in search of regular first-team opportunities.

ESPN’s sources indicate that both Garnacho and the club are focused on securing a permanent move rather than beginning training under new head coach Xabi Alonso.

Garnacho has garnered interest from clubs in the Premier League, Serie A, and Saudi Pro League.

According to sources, both Garnacho and the club are optimistic about making progress, with a potential deal expected to be finalized within the next two weeks.

Last season, Garnacho made 22 starts, scoring eight goals and providing four assists following his £40 million ($53.6 million) transfer from United.

Chelsea has already allowed Andrey Santos to leave, moving to Old Trafford for a fee that could rise to £50 million ($67 million), while Tyrique George has joined Everton for £24 million ($32.1 million).
