Allan Saint-Maximin’s (29) transfer from RC Lens was officially announced at the end of last month following six successful months with the club. He has since made a move to MLS club Charlotte FC on a free transfer, as announced on Monday.
Saint-Maximin joined Lens last February after parting ways with Club America in Mexico. During his tenure, he had a remarkable second half of the season, netting four goals and providing three assists in 13 appearances for Les Sang et Or.

Saint-Maximin Agrees to Three-Year Deal
His time with the northern French side was highlighted by winning his first-ever title, the Coupe de France.
Despite his achievements, he opted not to renew his contract at the Stade Bollaert and left on a free transfer once his short-term agreement expired. The former Newcastle United winger is set to return to North America to play for Charlotte FC, having signed a three-year Designated Player contract with the club.
