Hoffenheim Makes

Sky Austria has reported, as shared by transfermarkt.de, that Hoffenheim has put in a substantial bid for Adam Daghim, a former Wolfsburg player. According to these reports, the Bundesliga club is willing to invest €9.5 million in the RB Salzburg professional, who currently holds a market value of €7.5 million.

Daghim’s value increased when he transferred to Wolfsburg last summer. However, despite this valuation, he managed to score only two goals in 30 appearances across all competitions last season.

Is Adam Daghim on his way to Hoffenheim?

Sources indicate that RB Salzburg is not yet ready to accept Hoffenheim’s offer for the versatile attacker. Additionally, Hoffenheim may be hesitant to significantly increase their bid. They have already secured a summer signing on the right wing by acquiring Daghim’s former Wolfsburg teammate, Patrick Wimmer.

Daghim is capable of playing on the left and in the center, though he primarily operated on the right wing last season. Hoffenheim’s more pressing need is to find a replacement for their left-wing dynamo Bazoumana Touré, who was recently signed by Newcastle United. Furthermore, The Kraichgauer are also likely to lose Touré’s alternative, Fisnik Asllani, to Leipzig.
