The 2026 World Cup has wrapped up, with Spain emerging as champions. Before the tournament began, I set out to write my initial first-person piece reflecting on my personal memories and experiences over the years of the World Cup. Now, after the 2026 tournament, I think it’s the perfect moment to revisit and share even more memories from this summer’s edition.
