The Portugal international has repeatedly expressed his desire to leave this summer, and Milan has indicated they do not intend to extend his contract, which is set to expire in June 2028.
The asking price is set at a minimum of €50m, with potential add-ons to bring the total to €60m, and the club will not consider a loan deal with an option or obligation to buy.

Recently, Fenerbahce sent officials to Italy for discussions, primarily to gauge the terms required for both a club-to-club agreement and personal arrangements with Leao.
Reports suggest that the player is seeking a wage of €10m per season.
Calciomercato reports that Fenerbahce is preparing a formal offer shortly, aware of the current situation and the prerequisites for a transfer.
Meanwhile, Leao has traveled to Perth, where he is training under coach Ruben Amorim alongside his Milan teammates.
Galatasaray and Benfica have also shown interest in Leao, but there are no strong offers from clubs outside of the Turkish Super Lig at this time.
