Manchester United is preparing to sell two goalkeepers, with Radek Vitek on the verge of moving to Middlesbrough for a deal that could reach £14 million. Meanwhile, Altay Bayindir is set for a loan transfer to Celta Vigo.
Vitek, a 22-year-old goalkeeper from the Czech Republic, is close to securing a permanent transfer to Middlesbrough after impressing during his loan at Bristol City last season.
The young keeper originally joined Manchester United from Sigma Olomouc in 2020 and has had previous loan spells at Accrington and Blau-Weiss Linz before his successful time at Ashton Gate.
According to the Press Association, United has negotiated matching rights and a buy-back option with Boro, which may include performance-related bonuses that could push the total fee to £14 million, along with a sell-on clause of up to 35%.
On the other hand, 28-year-old Bayindir, who represents Turkey internationally, is nearing the final stages of a season-long loan to La Liga club Celta Vigo.

Since joining United from Fenerbahce in 2023, Bayindir has mainly been a backup. His loan move includes performance-related bonuses, with Celta Vigo set to cover his wages.
Celta Vigo will also have the option to make the deal permanent for a reported fee of £3.5 million, which would include a sell-on clause for United.
These goalkeeping changes come after Andre Onana returned to Trabzonspor on loan, indicating a significant overhaul in United’s goalkeeping department.
Michael Carrick is actively reshaping his squad this summer, with the first-choice goalkeeper Senne Lammens joined by summer acquisition Karl Darlow.
The club has also brought in several new outfield players as they gear up for a return to the Champions League after finishing third in the Premier League last season.
Andrey Santos has joined from Chelsea, while midfielder Youri Tielemans has moved to Old Trafford following the activation of his release clause by United at Aston Villa.
More signings are anticipated before the transfer window closes, as United prepares for a much busier season after only participating in 40 matches across all competitions last year.
United will kick off their season with a match against newly promoted Hull City on August 22, followed by their first home game against Ipswich Town eight days later.
