Bayern Munich is poised to retain its star striker Harry Kane for the foreseeable future.
A report from Times Sport on Sunday indicates that the England captain is “expected” to sign a new contract with the German champions that will extend his stay until 2029.

Kane is currently in the final year of his contract after leaving Tottenham and making the move from the Premier League to the Bundesliga. Since joining Bayern, he has made a significant impact, helping the team secure two German league titles, the DFB Pokal, and the German Super Cup.
Per the report, discussions between the club and the player are “scheduled for this week” following Kane’s return from vacation to reunite with his teammates.
This potential two-year extension means the 33-year-old will aim to achieve even more extraordinary scoring milestones.
Kane has already netted 146 goals for Bayern since his arrival from Spurs in 2023. He is set to kick off the new season in search of more goals as Bayern faces Borussia Dortmund in the Supercup on August 22.
