In an intriguing twist, both Sassuolo and Torino are vying for the same two coaches, but it’s unclear whether Alberto Aquilani or Ignazio Abate will ultimately take the position.
This summer is set to bring significant changes to Serie A, as numerous clubs are reshuffling their coaching staff.

Fabio Grosso will depart from Sassuolo, with many expecting him to take over at Fiorentina, while Torino is parting ways with Roberto D’Aversa, who took over from Marco Baroni mid-season.
According to Sky Sport Italia, both clubs have focused their attention on the same two candidates.
Aquilani, who previously made a mark at the Fiorentina youth academy, had a short stint with Pisa, and this season nearly led Catanzaro to promotion, suffering a narrow defeat to Monza in the Serie B playoffs.
Another candidate for the roles at Torino and Sassuolo is Abate, a former Milan defender and youth coach, who has spent the last season in Serie B with Juve Stabia.
