Liverpool came closest to breaking the deadlock when Conor Bradley hit the woodwork following a defensive error from David Raya and William Saliba.
Arsenal did well to maneuver through the Liverpool defense, giving Bukayo Saka a chance to score, but Milos Kerkez made a crucial block to deny him.
The second half saw Liverpool start strong, as they had a penalty appeal turned down after Florian Wirtz was fouled by Leandro Trossard during a promising run.
Another chance arose for Liverpool when Jeremie Frimpong found space, but he was unable to get a shot off.
With Liverpool in control, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta opted for two substitutions, introducing Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli in place of Trossard and Viktor Gyokeres.

Despite Arsenal’s changes, Liverpool maintained their dominance, with Dominik Szoboszlai missing another opportunity by firing over the bar.
In a late bid to snatch a winner, Gabriel came close from a corner taken by Noni Madueke, but he couldn’t make solid contact.
This draw marked the first scoreless meeting between the two teams in the league since 2015.
