Payments were made to clubs across 16 leagues based on the number of days players were released for the finals, which included 10 preparation days, participation days, and an additional travel day.
The daily rate was set at €1,095 per player, ensuring a minimum payment of €21,900 for those whose national teams were eliminated during the group stage.
Chelsea, FC Bayern, Juventus, and Barcelona were the only clubs to receive larger payments from UEFA.
In total, €9 million was allocated to over 100 clubs across 16 leagues.
This funding is part of UEFA’s ongoing commitment to enhancing women’s football as outlined in its strategy for 2024 to 2030, which also includes increased prize money due to the revamped format of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
