Australia international Caitlin Foord is currently in advanced talks to extend her contract with Arsenal.
The 31-year-old forward, who transferred from Portland Thorns in 2020, is under contract until June.
In light of the departure of England international Beth Mead, the club is eager to finalize negotiations with Foord to retain her.
Foord played a key role in the team that clinched the Champions League last season, and she has also added a Champions Cup medal to her collection this season.
Additionally, she has won consecutive League Cup titles in 2023 and 2024 with Arsenal.
With over 200 appearances for the Gunners, she has netted 54 goals, including two in 12 Women’s Super League matches this season.
