Barcelona superstar set to…

Today, FC Barcelona conducted their last training session before the upcoming match against Real Sociedad on Sunday.

Although Hansi Flick has a nearly complete squad, one significant absentee was Raphinha, who missed the session due to a minor injury.

In his press conference, the manager discussed Raphinha’s situation, indicating that a final decision regarding the Brazilian’s participation will be made tomorrow.

Raphinha Set to Travel

According to AS, Raphinha is expected to travel to San Sebastian, even though he did not participate in Saturday’s training session.

Instead of training, he remained in the dressing room to perform specific exercises as he has been managing adductor issues for several weeks.

Notably, he played in the Spanish Super Cup final while managing pain from an injection.

Regardless, Raphinha’s absence from training will not hinder him from being included in the squad for the match on Sunday, as long as Flick decides to include him.

Meanwhile, Gavi and Andreas Christensen will remain sidelined due to injuries, and Dro Fernandez will not be called up as he nears a transfer to PSG.

On a positive note, Marc-Andre ter Stegen trained normally despite rumors of a loan move to Girona, and he is expected to be selected by Flick for tomorrow’s game.
