Another highly regarded young talent from Marseille may be on the move this winter, as reports from L’Équipe suggest that Darryl Bakola is increasingly likely to leave the club.
The 18-year-old midfielder has become frustrated with his limited playing time this season, despite having made a strong impression during his first start against Newcastle in the Champions League last November. Additionally, Bakola was disappointed when the club prevented him from participating in the U20 World Cup in the autumn, during a time when he received minimal first-team opportunities. It appears he has already made the decision to seek a transfer.

While Marseille has reportedly offered Bakola a contract extension, his representatives have yet to respond, leading the club to consider selling him now to avoid losing him for nothing later. His situation is reminiscent of Robinio Vaz, who recently finalized a €25 million transfer to AS Roma.
