Reports from various outlets in Italy indicate that West Ham striker Niclas Fullkrug is scheduled to arrive in Milan this evening, where he will undergo medical examinations with AC Milan tomorrow, December 23.
The 32-year-old forward is expected to join Milan on loan, which includes an option to make the move permanent. His medical tests with the Serie A club are set for Tuesday.

According to Sky Sport Italia and Gazzetta, Fullkrug will arrive in Italy this evening and complete his medical tests tomorrow.
On Christmas Eve, Fullkrug is set to participate in his first training session under Massimiliano Allegri and could feature in Milan’s opening match of 2026 against Cagliari, thanks to a special FIGC approval.

According to Football Italia, AC Milan’s option to buy Fullkrug at the end of his loan will be set between €11 million and €13 million.
This season, Fullkrug has seen limited playing time at West Ham, featuring for just 413 minutes across nine matches without scoring a goal in competitive play for the 2025-26 season.
