Roma is seeking to bolster their defensive lineup.
While the club is primarily focusing on strengthening their attack, head coach Gian Piero Gasperini is insisting on the addition of a centre-back.
Frederic Massara has a list of potential targets, including Denis Vavro, who is currently playing in Germany.

The Slovakian defender, born in 1996, previously had a stint at Lazio, where he struggled to make an impact.
After a return to Copenhagen, he moved to Wolfsburg in Germany and has since made 25 appearances since 2024.
Additionally, he played 11 matches in La Liga for Huesca during the 2021 season, although that campaign ended in relegation for the team.
According to Wolfsburger Allgemeine, Vavro has caught Frederic Massara’s attention and could be an economical acquisition.
Currently, the leading candidates for the role are Radu Dragusin and Axel Disasi, while Vavro’s contract runs until 2027.
